After taking her kids to Australia Zoo, mum Sapphiroula told Yahoo Lifestyle that āWe spotted Robert riding past on his dirt bike towards the reptile area for the talk, so of course, we headed over to see him. The kids were so excited.ā
During the animal demonstration, 5-year-old Charlie was even able to ask Robert whether he’d ever been bitten by a snake.
The 22-year-old said that while he hasnāt been bitten by a venomous snake, he has been nabbed by some non-venomous snakes in the past.
āRobert continued chatting with Charlie about snakes and explained what you should do if youāre ever bitten by one.ā
She added, āYou can really see how passionate he is about wildlife, and that passion is infectious.ā
āSpeaking with him was definitely one of the highlights of our day, especially for Charlie on his birthday.ā
